Introduction
CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced PPC Manager to join a successful and growing e-commerce business based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of paid search activity within a well-established retailer that has been trading for over 35 years, employs hundreds of people across the UK, and continues to invest heavily in digital growth. This is a 100% office-based position offering a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Shopping platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and maximise return on advertising spend.
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Improve product feed quality and campaign structure to increase visibility and conversions.
- Produce performance reports and recommend ongoing improvements through testing and analysis.
What Experience is Required
- Proven PPC management experience within e-commerce, retail or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, reporting tools and performance analysis.

This office-based role is located in Leicester and is easily commutable from Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Nuneaton and surrounding areas.
